Work with local ambient sound artists to learn how to record ambient sounds and build your own soundscape through editing, mixing and adding effects. Final soundscapes will be played on the signal speakers and on SYN Radio.

Collarbones - SYN Approved artist for August

Collarbones will be playing the SYN Approved gig on Thursday, August 11th, supported by Brothers Hand Mirror, Guerre and Franco Cozzo. The sample-based music duo are Sydney's Marcus Whale (Cyst Impaled) and Adelaide's Travis Cook (Scissor Lock). Together the two mix fragments from mainstream pop, R n’ B and an array of underground and local acts via the internet, then meet to perform them live.

July SYN Approved: Mind Over Matter

Aussie hip hop heavyweights Mind Over Matter (aka M.O.M.) are coming to Melbourne to play SYN Approved at The Worker’s Club on Thursday, July 14th with local lads The Psyde Projects and Koolta.
