Are drones the future of war?

 US Counter Terrorism White House Advisor John Brennan  held a conference on Monday discussing the United States’ previously secretive use of military drones.  The highly controversial topic required further investigation. Reporter Adele Balkin spoke to Strategic Studies Professor Michael McKinley from Australian National University about what it means for US foreign policy.

Child Abuse in Victoria - New Report

A report into Victoria's vulnerable children was tabled in state parliament yesterday. The 900 page report looks into child abuse in Victoria and makes 90 recommendations to help protect children from abuse. Adele Balkin spoke to Lynette Buoy, the CEO of the Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare and Sam Biondo, the Executive Officer of the Victorian Drug and Alcohol Association about the report.
