Florence talked to Neil Foley, the director of the Fantastic Asia Film Festival, about putting together the jam-packed festival program and how his distribution company, Monster Pictures, is dedicated to supporting innovative film projects.

The Fantastic Asia Film Festival is taking place at Cinema Nova from 10-13 November.
