A break from tradition for this week's It's Business Time - interviewing someone outside our "12-25" age range! 30-year-old Antony McGregor Dey spends most of his time these days in New York, but we managed to corner him while on a rare visit home to Melbourne and get an interview! Antony tells us about his start-up company QM Codes, including an interesting anecdote of how he got his first investor, and the differences in business culture between Australia and the US.

LIVE in the studio this week: Zoe Nagara, who founded her own fashion label while still at high school! Hear how she got into her first store selling on consignment, to today having distribution throughout eleven stores around the country. Now a university student, Zoe has also contributed in other ways to the Melbourne fashion scene, running the Made In Melbourne exhibition last year.

22-year-old Dan Ednie is co-founder of Global Heart Tours, a start-up business where Aussie students studying a language give foreign-language tours of Melbourne with a difference. Dan is also passionate about bridging the gap between local and international students, and if that isn't enough, he's taught thousands of schoolkids how to play hacky sack and has even published a book on the topic!
