What we eat, why we eat and how we eat - that's what we looked at on Panorama. Young people, Gen Y, are known for our fast paced lifestyles and our need for instant gratification, but does this rub off on our food choices? Are we choosing the cheap and nasty over healthier foods?

We also look at the what we eat debate. Vegan, vegetarian or fully-fledged meat eater.

Kicking off Melbourne’s Food & Wine Festival is the inaugural Food Journey Festival. Taking place from March 4, the food journey festival brings together some of the biggest names in Australian food. Adam and Charles chatted with festival organiser Karan Cahill.

STREAT-helping the homeless and cooking some awesome food!

Rebecca Scott the CEO of STREAT came by the studio's to tell us all about the STREAT food and coffee stalls that you might have noticed sprouting up at Melb Central and Federation Square. They are designed to help homeless youths socially and offer them hospitality/culinary work experience!
