The Bad Boys of Music Theatre: Road to the Comedy Festival Part 4/4

The Melbourne International Comedy Festival finished last weekend and the Bad Boys of Music Theatre have been on an exhilarating ride, performing at their shows every night at Chapel Off Chapel and also making several TV appearances including The Great Debate on Channel 10, alongside Paul McDermott. SYN Alumni Paul Verhoeven and Luke Ryan dropped into Get Cereal this morning to talk to us about their Comedy Festival Show, Lords Of Luxury, which they are doing with Dan Debuf and Matt Saraceni. The guys spoke to Adam and Jake about working with each other and how the L.O.L came about. 

Adam, Jake and Luke even had a dig at Paul about his Cleo Bachelor nomination and how the troupe had to cancel a show so Paul could attend an official function!

PODCAST: The Horne Section with Alex Horne

 This morning, British comedia, Alex Horne joined Adam and Simon on the phone to have a chat about his upcoming show, The Horne Section for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

The Horne Section is the critically acclaimed, ever popular show that was a standout success at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2010. In 2011, Alex brings the entire band to Melbourne and will be joined by the likes of David O'Doherty and Sammy J and Randy.

PODCAST: Anyone For Tennis? Sing Songs

Prepare To Be Tuned is the new show from Musical comedy duo, Anyone For Tennis? also known as Doody (Long hair, glasses) and Jase (No distinguishing features). They've been all across Australia and the UK and are now back in Melbourne for the Comedy Festival.

Doody and Jase stopped by SYN this morning to give us the lowdown on the new show and even sang us a song about cloning their girlfriends.
