Japanese food is where it's at. Take my word for it guys. This episode explored why Japanese peeps have the longest life expectancy. I also shared some of my fave places to eat Japanese in the city: Menya, on Elizabeth street (between A'Beckett and Latrobe) and Izakaya Chuji on Lonsdale. I played two songs called Sushi (I've left one in the podcast.. naughty) and finally, suggested we all cook this tasty looking recipe using soba noodles
