Interview: Yandell Walton
Yandell Walton is a projection installation artist extraordinar, and she has proved this once more with her new work tilted Human Effect. Presented by Experimenta and the Melbourne Festival, Yandell has, in the quite little side street of Lingham Lane, set up a animated wonderland of growth, natural and colour.
Canvassing a normally blank concrete wall with a series of interactive animated projections, and showing from dusk to midnight, it is a site you should definitely go and see.
Merran, Scott and Emma had a lovely chat with Yandell this morning about nature, humans effect on the land and staying up a wee bit later to enjoy some great art.
