'We don't want charity, we just want parity'
If you were in Melbourne's CBD around midday on Wednesday 8th June, you might have heard whistles and chanting.
It was community sector workers along with unions rallying support for pay equality for those working in the industry.
They have been campaigning for years, but as Emma Buckley Lennox reports they’ve already had a win this year and are looking for another.
