Taking stalking seriously

Ever heard of Facebook stalking? Of course you have.

Most of the time when we refer to it we end up dropping the facebook, with the term, ‘yeah I stalked him’ having become an acceptable and common phrase. With most people, including myself dropping it into conversation without thinking twice.

But the word stalking carries a much more sinister meaning.

One in ten Australians experience stalking victimisation.

And one in four will experience some kind of stalking throughout their lives.
