Growing up with siblings can already be tricky enough.
 
But for children who have a disabled sibling, this can mean taking on adult responsibilities early.
 
Joseph Dunstan spoke with Gemma Holleran (now a Sibling Worker at the Association for Children with a Disability), and Michael Casha, now a university student.
