Anniversary of the fall of Singapore

 February 15th marks the seventieth anniversary of the fall of Singapore, one of the worst Allied defeats of the Second World War. The defeat has been marked by constant controversy as British and Australian commanders have both been accused of being responsible for the disaster, and tens of thousands of Allied troops present at the surrender were to spend the next three years as prisoners of war. Panorama reporter Joshua Crowther has more.
