He says Victoria Police are continuing to target such offences.

Theatre suspends season

Melbourne’s La Mama Theatre has suspended its 2025 season due to financial troubles.

The theatre failed to acquire funding from Creative Australia for a second time.

Chief executive Caitlin Dullard says "we will be putting our energies and limited resources into finding permanent solutions" instead of showing work.

The theatre hopes to reopen after its review.
