SYN FM and the Attitude Foundation are looking for the next generation of media industry talent with disability to join our free Emerging Voices program.
This free program will be run by Attitude Foundation in partnership with broadcasters 3ZZZ and SYN Media. SYN is looking for participants between 18-25 years-old to participate in the program.
What will you get?
Participants will gain hands-on skills in audio and podcasting – learn the ropes in a radio studio, plan and produce a program for broadcast, or learn podcasting skills, develop your idea and see it launched into the community. At the end of the program you will also get one year of membership at SYN, on us!
Program schedule
The program runs for a period of six weeks, beginning mid-April, 2024 and ending at the end of May, 2024. Each week will cover one or two new elements of crafting audio stories. Days available are Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Your preferred day will be nominated when you sign up.

In the broadcast industry there are many factors that contribute to schedule changes. In the instance of a change to the schedule, we will give ample notice where possible. We are always grateful for your flexibility.
