DICE electrified Howler’s bandroom in Melbourne with a blistering performance that showcased their prowess as one of Australia’s rising alt-rock bands. Celebrating their national tour and latest single 'Quick to Judge', the Perth-based four-piece commanded the stage with infectious energy and tight musicianship.

From the moment DICE launched into 'Eyes Ahead', the crowd was entranced. Ben Hodge’s vocals cut through with clarity and intensity, perfectly complementing the band’s punchy guitar riffs and the driving rhythm section anchored by Regan Beazley’s bass and Sam Barrett-Lennard’s dynamic drumming. Each song was a sonic journey, blending authenticity with precise musicality that kept the room in the palms of their hands.

Their set featured fan favourite tracks such as 'Stockholm', 'Double Espresso' and 'Stop Sign', as well as a cover of Anthony Newley’s 'Feeling Good' that threatened to bring the house down. The anticipation peaked as DICE previewed 'This Is Not A Love Song', teasing their upcoming release to roaring approval from their dedicated fans. Throughout their set, the band maintained a high-octane pace, keeping the audience on their feet and engaged from start to finish.

The synergy between band members was palpable, with Tom King’s lead guitar work adding layers of depth and grit to their performance. Together, they created a sound that was both sonically nuanced and rich, drawing cheers and applause after each song.

As DICE closed their set with a crescendo of energy, it was evident why they are garnering attention in the Australian music scene. Their ability to deliver a captivating live experience coupled with their forthcoming new music ensures that DICE is a band to watch as they continue to rise in prominence.
