The “rock n roll adventure continues” tour celebrates the very best of Ball Park Music, with an emphasis on their high-energy records. The packed-out theatre came alive as the band came on stage to their song “She Only Loves Me When I’m there,” and it would be difficult to find a louder room in Northcote at that very moment. For the first time, Joe’s Diner has opened up shop here in Australia, serving pies, laughs and good times as Waitress the musical begins its run at Melbourne’s iconic Her Majesty’s Theatre this May.  After humming “Bad Idea” for the past week, sitting on the edge of my seat in the Dress Circle, tonight I witnessed the first preview to ever bless an Australian audience… and it did not disappoint.  Waitress Serves Up Heart and Harmony in Melbourne Premiere - 15th May 2026

Kaiyah Mercedes is a Melbourne-based, AuDHD, LGBTQI+ singer-songwriter and disability advocate whose star is on the rise at just 19 years old. After making waves in the indie scene with her bold, pop-rock anthem "I’m Gonna Be Famous (How Cute!)". She celebrated the release of her latest single, “3 Month Blackout”, at the Bergy Bandroom on March 29, 2026,  featuring artists Mathilde-Anne & Lily-Violet.
